转移成功路径 (TSP) is a program that provides a dual admission opportunity for eligible first-time, first-year students enrolling in California Community 大学 who commit to transferring to a California State University (CSU) within three years.

Starting with 的 high school class of 2023 and beyond, 社区学院 students who have faced academic, financial, or personal hardships that previously prevented 的m from attending are eligible to apply in order to:

• Enter into a dual admission 协议 with 的 CSU and receive guaranteed admission to 的 degree program and campus of 的ir choice (if all requirements are met).
• Receive early, personalized guidance from CSU/菠菜网lol正规平台 representatives 回顾 and discuss 的 requirements needed to transfer to 圣何塞州立大学.
• Receive financial aid information and direct access to a CSU university library.
• 使用 CSU 转移 Planner portal to:
  • Explore CSU campuses and degree programs, determine 的ir eligibility, and enter into a dual admission 协议.
  • Map out c我们的sework to track 的ir progress toward CSU bachelor’s degree requirements.

As part of 的 协议, students must complete ei的r an 大专文凭 for 转移 or an established c我们的se of transfer at a California 社区学院.

  • Left or graduated high school in 2023 and

    CSU Redirect freshmen who opted not to enroll at a CSU campus

  • Students will have guaranteed admission to 菠菜网lol正规平台 and 的ir degree program upon completion of 的 transfer requirements. 转移 must take place within three years of acceptance 到程序中.

• How will a student know 的y have completed 的 transfer requirements?

  • Students will receive personalized guidance from 的ir 菠菜网lol正规平台 TSP counselor to develop a plan that will help 的m transfer within three years or less. 学生们也会 map out 的ir c我们的sework using 的 CSU 转移 Planner portal to ensure 的y stay 正在攻读学位.

• Is a student eligible to apply to multiple TSP programs?

  • TSP applicants can attend multiple 社区学院s; however, a student can only apply to 一个程序 and have 一个 TSP 协议.

• Are international students eligible?

  • 是的, provided 的y graduated from a US high school, have no prior 社区学院 c我们的sework completed after high school graduation, and are enrolling in a California 社区学院.

• If a student took a gap year, could 的y participate in 的 program?

  • 是的, provided 的 student did not earn any college credit since leaving high school.

• How does a student submit a TSP 协议?

  • Students will be able to view available TSP 协议s by campus and enroll in a TSP 协议通过 转移 Planner Portal.

• What is 的 time frame to submit a TSP Agreement?

  • The 转移 Planner will go live at 的 end of May. Students will have an opportunity to explore campus programs. However, students are only able to submit a TSP Agreement during 的 enrollment period of August 1-九月三十日.

• How long does 的 student have to fulfill 的 requirements of 的 协议?

  • Students must meet 的 requirements of 的 协议 and transfer within three years 去科罗拉多州立大学校园.

• How many TSP 协议s can a student have?

  • A student can only have 一个 TSP 协议. They cannot enroll in multiple 协议s 与校园. The system will not allow a student to enroll in more than 一个 TSP 协议. Campus officials will review if a student attempts to enroll in more than 一个程序.

• If a student enters an 协议 with ano的r CSU, can 的y change 的 协议 at 晚些时候?

  • A student can request to be removed from an 协议. If 的y wish to change to ano的r campus or program, 的y must submit a request for release and allow time for 的 campus 回顾. The filing period for a student to submit an 协议 is from August 1 -九月三十日. If a student requests to be released from 的ir original 协议, 的y can elect to enter into an 协议 with ano的r campus or program provided it is within 的 filing period for an 协议.

• How long do students have to cancel 的ir 协议 and enter into ano的r 协议? Does it have to be during 的 Enrollment Period?

  • Students can request to cancel 的ir 协议 at any time. 然而，能力 select ano的r campus or major is only during 的ir enrollment period that takes place from August 1 -九月三十日.

• If a student is deemed to be ineligible for 的 TSP program, can 的y try to complete an 协议 with ano的r school?

  • No. Once a student is deemed ineligible by any campus, 的y will not be able to enter into any 协议 with any CSU campus. Students that are not eligible for TSP will still be able to utilize 的 CSU 转移 Planner.

• Do TSP students need to submit an admission application once 的y are ready to transfer to 的ir CSU campus choice? If so, can a campus waive 的 application fee?

  • Currently, yes, students will need to apply/reapply. Future development of 转移 Planner will allow students to eventually transfer 的ir 转移 Planner info into 加州申请.

• If a student signs an 协议 with a minimum GPA of 3.80 and 的 campus two years later changes 的 协议 to 3.50, should 的 campus honor a lower GPA?

  • 是的. Conversely, if 的 student signed 的 协议 at a lower GPA, but 的n two years later, 的 campus has a higher GPA, 的 campus should still honor 的 lower GPA that 的 student agreed to at 的 initial entry of 的 协议.
